The company produces 500 tons of wine and keeps a storage of 2500 tons of wine in the 12,800 sq m area. Equipped with the state of the art laboratory, canning and filtration machines with 48 sets of traditional Mao Tai brewing kiln. The selected brewing yeast are made under strict monitoring, which is the basis of the best wine.

The taste of Nei Gong Wine (Palace Exclusive) brand is rich with sauce aroma, produced from white wine fermentation. Brewed from the premium sorghum, wheat and water from the Red Water River, the production of young wine takes over 1 year. The young wine has to further storage for at least 3 years, and then mix with the mature wine. High temperature is used during this natural fermentation process throughout the yeast preparation, wine transplantation and fermentation. The wine has rich minerals content with rich aroma, which is also a high quality green product. It gives a rich taste but not easy to drunk, a soft texture but not too plain, with full body and very long-lasting aroma.
